How Flowlight’s Wavelengths Work in the Body
Each wavelength has unique properties, penetrates to different depths in the body, and produces various effects – from skin improvement to muscle recovery and enhanced circulation. Below is an overview of the different light intervals. 630–660 NM – FOR THE SKIN Red light in this range targets the upper layers of the skin (epidermis and dermis) and is primarily used to support skin health: * 630 nm stimulates collagen production, improves skin texture, and promotes wound healing. * 660 nm enhances elasticity, reduces inflammation, and boosts circulation in the skin. Common applications: Skin rejuvenation, anti-aging, wound healing, and improved skin tone. 810–850 NM – FOR MUSCLES, JOINTS, AND CONNECTIVE TISSUE  These wavelengths penetrate deeper into the body and influence cellular activity, particularly in muscles and connective tissues. * 810 nm supports mitochondrial function, increases ATP production, and reduces muscle soreness. * 830 nm targets connective tissue and the nervous system, promoting healing and anti-inflammatory effects. * 850 nm reaches muscle and bone tissue – enhancing blood flow and supporting the body's detoxification process. Common applications: Pain relief, recovery, muscle and joint health, improved circulation. 940–1060 NM – FOR DEEP TISSUE AND SYSTEMIC EFFECTS  The longest wavelengths used in Flowlight penetrate deepest into the body and can affect systemic functions: * Improves blood circulation and raises core body temperature. * Supports detoxification through sweating. * May aid in hormone balance, better sleep, and cardiovascular health. Common applications: Systemic recovery, detox, improved sleep, enhanced circulation, and hormonal balance.
The difference between LED and laser
The difference between laser and LED lights lies in how the light is produced and distributed. An LED lamp (Light Emitting Diode) consists of many small diodes that emit light in multiple directions. The light is non-coherent, meaning that the light waves move in different directions and phases. This creates a softer and more diffuse light that covers a larger area but does not penetrate as deeply into the tissue. Laser light (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation), on the other hand, is coherent, which means that all the light waves are in the same phase and move in the same direction. This produces a highly focused beam of light with high energy density that can reach deeper into the tissue. Both light sources can stimulate cellular activity and promote healing through photobiomodulation, but at different levels.
When and How Often Should You Use Your Light Panel?
To achieve the best possible results from your Flowlight panel, we recommend that you use it regularly and consistently as part of your daily routine. A good guideline is to use the panel for 10-15 minutes, twice a day – for example, in the morning and evening. Using the panel continuously is the key to getting the full effect.
Flowpillow Heat VS Flowpillow Pro
Flowpillow Heat and Flowpillow Pro are two massage cushions that both offer effective and comfortable massage therapy. Who should use Flowglasses?
Flowglasses are designed for those who want to feel better, sleep deeper, and find more balance in everyday life. They’re perfect for anyone who spends time in front of screens—day or night—and wants to reduce the effects of artificial light. Flowglasses are an excellent choice for improving recovery, enhancing focus, and maintaining mental balance throughout the day.
Are prescription lenses available?
At this time, we unfortunately do not offer the option to order our glasses with prescription lenses. All of our models come with pre-mounted lenses designed to filter light, and cannot be combined with individually prescribed strengths.
Is it allowed to drive in my Flowglasses?
No, it is not recommended to drive while wearing red or yellow glasses. These tinted lenses can alter color perception, making it harder to distinguish traffic lights, road signs, and other important visual cues. Especially when driving at night or in low-light conditions, they can reduce the amount of light that reaches your eyes, which may impair visibility and overall safety.
The purpose of Flowglasses Day sync
In today’s world, we spend countless hours in front of screens, under bright indoor lighting, or surrounded by artificial environments. This exposes our eyes to high and often unbalanced levels of blue and green light, which can lead to eye strain, headaches, reduced concentration, and mental fatigue – especially for those who are sensitive to light or unaccustomed to extended screen time. Flowglasses Day Sync, equipped with yellow lenses, are designed to serve as a gentle and preventive layer of protection for your eyes and brain during daytime. WHY YELLOW LENSES? Unlike red lenses designed for evening use, yellow lenses provide a milder filter that reduces excess exposure to blue and green light without blocking it completely. This makes them ideal for daytime use – such as when working at a computer, being indoors under strong LED lighting, or engaging in visually demanding tasks. The effects may include: * Reduced risk of headaches and eye fatigue * Less strain on the brain’s cognitive system * Improved focus and visual comfort * A more relaxed and energy-efficient visual experience over time HOW FLOWGLASSES DAY SYNC WORK The yellow lenses: * Filter out a large portion of blue and green light, helping to normalize and soften overall light levels * Provide a warmer and more natural visual tone, which research suggests can have a subtle mood-lifting effect * Improve contrast perception, reducing the effort required to focus and allowing for a clearer, more restful visual experience While it may feel like yellow lenses brighten your surroundings, they don’t actually increase light intensity – instead, they filter out overstimulating wavelengths and enhance contrast, which your brain interprets as a more comfortable and brighter environment. WHEN TO USE FLOWGLASSES DAY SYNC * During daytime, especially when: * Working in front of screens for long hours * Spending time indoors under artificial lighting * Experiencing light sensitivity or visual fatigue * When needing better focus and mental endurance throughout the day * When wanting to protect your eyes while supporting your mood and well-being
The purpose of Flowglasses day sync
In our digital everyday life, we are constantly exposed to artificial light from screens, lamps, and other electronic devices – something that has a far greater impact on our sleep, recovery, and hormonal balance than many realize. This is where Flowglasses Night Sync comes in. SUPPORTING THE BODY’S NATURAL RHYTHM Flowglasses Night Sync are designed to filter out blue and green light – two wavelengths shown to suppress the body’s natural production of melatonin, the hormone that regulates our circadian rhythm and signals when it’s time to sleep. By wearing these glasses in the evening, especially in environments with screen time or bright indoor lighting, you can: * Maintain a stable circadian rhythm * Help the body prepare for rest * Stimulate natural melatonin production * Wind down more easily and fall asleep faster HOW THE RED LENSES IN FLOWGLASSES NIGHT SYNC WORK * Effectively block blue and green light, helping prevent disruption of hormonal regulation in the brain * Reduce eye strain after a day in front of digital screens * Lower cortisol levels by signaling to the brain that it’s evening – helping the body settle both mentally and physically * Improve contrast and depth perception in low light, making them pleasant to use while reading or working at night BENEFITS OF REGULAR USE (1–2 HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME) * Faster sleep onset * Deeper and more restorative sleep * More efficient physical recovery – especially important for active individuals * Reduced fatigue and screen-related eye strain in the evening
Can you store Flowsauna Elite Solo outdoors?
In general, we recommend that the sauna is used and stored indoors, in a dry and protected environment. The sauna is not designed for damp or cold conditions, which means it should not be left outside in rain, cold temperatures, or high humidity for extended periods. This can negatively affect the materials, electronics, and overall functionality. However, it is possible to use the sauna outdoors temporarily in dry and mild weather, or place it on a well-insulated and weather-protected balcony. In that case, it’s important that the sauna stands on a level and stable surface. For optimal durability, safety, and performance, we always recommend indoor use as the first choice.
Can children use infrared light?
Yes, children can use infrared light just like adults to support recovery and overall well-being. However, we always recommend that an adult is present and supervising whenever a child is using the panel.
How close do I need to be to my Flowlight panel?
You can sit right next to your Flowlight panel or several meters away – it’s completely up to you. The only thing that changes is the treatment time, not the quality of the light itself. The light spreads at an angle of approximately 180 degrees, meaning it doesn’t beam straight out in a narrow line. This means that the precision decreases at longer distances, but the light wavelengths and therapeutic effect remain the same. EXAMPLE OF LIGHT INTENSITY AT DIFFERENT DISTANCES: * 15 cm → approx. 175 mW/cm² * 30 cm → approx. 140 mW/cm² * 90 cm → approx. 70 mW/cm² * 300 cm → approx. 20 mW/cm² The farther away you are, the longer the session needs to be to achieve the same effect.
Flowsauna Elite Solo dimensions
Flowsauna Elite has the following external dimensions: Height: 195 cm Circumference: 101 cm Weight: 170 kg
How to use the Pulse function
If you want your panel to flash during treatment, you can adjust this via the Pulse function. 1. Go to Settings. 2. Scroll down to Pulse and then select Hertz. The higher the Hertz you choose, the faster the panel will flash. If you want to turn off the flashing and return to steady light, adjust down to level 1 and press minus until the display shows Off.
The stand on your 300 panel
The stand may feel stiff to unfold, and this is intentional to ensure that it can support the panel securely at all angles without collapsing. It unfolds in two steps: first the arm is extended, and then the bottom part, the foot, which the panel rests on.
Battery - Flowlight controll
If you need to exchange the battery in your Flowlight panel controll the battery used is a CR 2032
Why are protective glasses included?
The protective glasses are included for your comfort – not because the light is harmful to your eyes. You don’t need to wear them unless you feel discomfort. Just like when looking at a screen or a lamp for a longer period, your eyes can become tired from adjusting to the light source. This is especially true if you're sensitive to bright light or plan to use the product for an extended time. We’ve included two types of glasses to suit different needs: * The tinted glasses are ideal if you want to keep watching TV or follow a workout program while using the product. * The blackout glasses are perfect if you prefer to block out the light completely and relax without any visual distraction. Choose the option that makes your experience the most comfortable!
Flowpression boots wont start
If your Flowpression boots emit a beeping sound and then shut off, this is usually due to an incorrect connection to the pump. For safety reasons, the device will automatically power down when a proper connection cannot be maintained.
Overheat protection Flowpillow
If your Flowpillow stops during a cycle but the lights remain on, it means the unit has become too warm. Allow it to cool down for a while before resuming use.
Pro+ Hip Attachment
This unit does not come with its own pump but is connected to the Flowpression boots under the name Flowpression Boots Pro+.
How much pressure can Flowroller Ball Go take?
Flowroller Ball Go is a compact massage ball designed for deep trigger point therapy. Despite its small size, it is highly durable and withstands up to 100 kg of pressure, allowing you to apply strong pressure to tight muscles in areas like the back, glutes, or feet.
What are the different temperature levels on Flowcontrast Spot Go?
Flowcontrast Spot Go offers cold, heat, and a combination mode – all with three intensity levels to suit your needs. Each program runs on a 10-minute timer. Cold mode Cold mode provides instant cooling and has three levels: * Level 1: 15 °C * Level 2: 10 °C * Level 3: 5 °C Heat mode Heat mode provides instant warmth and includes three levels: * Level 1: 38 °C * Level 2: 42 °C * Level 3: 45 °C Combination mode (heat + cold) In combination mode, the device alternates between heat and cold. The selected level applies to both – for example, level 3 means both heat and cold will run at level 3.
Flowcontrast Spot Go – when should you use the different programs?
Flowcontrast Spot Go features three different programs – heat, cold, and combination – each designed for specific needs. By choosing the right mode, you can optimize both recovery and pain relief. Heat mode Heat is primarily used for recovery after training and to relax the body. It is also effective for dull, aching pain such as stiffness or menstrual discomfort. The heat increases blood circulation and helps muscles relax. Cold mode Cold is ideal for acute issues. It can be used for swelling, inflammation, or migraines. The cold helps reduce pain and limit inflammation in the treated area. Combination mode (heat + cold) The combination mode is designed for general recovery and often provides the most effective results. By alternating between heat and cold, the body is stimulated to adapt, which can improve circulation, reduce strain, and enhance the overall recovery process.
Do all bands come with Flowcontrast Spot go?
Yes, all band sizes are included when you purchase Flowcontrast Spot. The bands are easy to switch depending on where you want to use the product. Simply loosen the velcro and thread the desired band through the attachment. This allows you to easily adjust the fit for different body areas and needs.
How does Flowcontrast work?
Flowcontrast works by alternating between heat and cold. Heat increases blood flow to the area, while cold reduces blood flow. Reduced blood flow can help decrease swelling. When the temperature shifts between warm and cold, it creates a natural “pumping effect” in the blood vessels. This can help stimulate lymphatic drainage and support the body in transporting waste products away from the tissue.
Flowcontrast - How to use it
Place the Flowcontrast Spot Go on the area you want to treat. Let the device work on the spot and select the program you want to use. The rapid temperature and stimulation shifts may make the skin sensitive if the same area is treated for too long. Therefore, the recommendation is approximately 15 minutes per area.
What do the lights on the Flowroller Ball Go mean?
Flowroller Ball Go has four indicator lights that show both the battery level and the vibration speed. To start the ball, press and hold the button for about two seconds. The lights will illuminate once, indicating the battery level. The more lights that are on, the more battery remains. You can then change the vibration speed by quickly pressing the button. The more lights that are on during use, the higher the vibration speed.
How do the straps for Flowroller Ball Go work?
The Flowroller Ball Go comes with straps that make it easier to use the ball on areas that are otherwise difficult to reach, such as the back. The ball is placed inside the included pouch and held against the body using the straps. This setup allows you to control the amount of pressure applied, making the treatment more controlled and comfortable. It is especially helpful if you cannot use the ball against a wall or on the floor, or if you have limited mobility.
What makes the Flowroller Ball Go better than a regular trigger ball?
The Flowroller Ball Go combines static pressure with vibration and active movement, which affects both circulation and the nervous system. As the ball vibrates, it creates small micro-deformations in the tissue, helping the body transport more fluid and blood to the area. At the same time, the vibration stimulates the nervous system and signals that activity is happening in the muscle. This encourages the body to increase blood flow to the area without adding extra strain or pressure to the tissue. The result is a more effective treatment of muscle tension and trigger points compared to a regular trigger ball.
Can I open Flowchamber directly?
Flowchamber Elite is designed to operate under pressure. For safety reasons, the chamber must not be opened directly or in an emergency while it is still pressurized. You can stop and start to decompress the chamber from the inside.
Keeping Your Flowsauna Blanket Clean and Well-Stored
The Flowsauna Blanket Pro is easy to clean thanks to its PU leather. After each use, it is important to let the blanket cool down completely before wiping the inside with a damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. For a deeper clean, which is recommended about once a week or as needed, you can use a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent, such as a diluted solution of mild soap and water. Then, wipe the blanket with a clean, damp cloth and allow it to air dry completely before storing it. When it comes to storage, the blanket should be carefully folded and placed in a dry, cool location. For extra protection, you can use the included carrying bag. By following these simple steps, you maximize both the lifespan and hygiene of your Flowsauna Blanket Pro.
Positive Effects of Flowchamber Oxygen
Flowchamber Oxygen increases the amount of oxygen delivered to the body by using a controlled, pressurized environment. This allows more oxygen to dissolve into the blood plasma and reach tissues that may have reduced circulation. By boosting oxygen levels, Flowchamber Oxygen can support faster tissue repair, stimulate collagen production, promote new blood vessel formation, reduce inflammation, and strengthen the immune system. Many people also experience improved recovery, increased energy, and enhanced mental clarity. Flowchamber Oxygen works because oxygen is essential for healing, energy production, and cellular function. By temporarily increasing oxygen availability, the body gets optimal conditions for repair and regeneration. It is also a well-tested therapy that has been widely used in hospitals and clinical settings for decades.
Flowchamber Oxygen , does it have side effects?
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is widely considered a safe procedure when used correctly and according to established guidelines. The treatment is non-invasive and works by delivering oxygen in a controlled, pressurized environment, allowing the body to absorb higher levels of oxygen safely and efficiently. The most common sensation is pressure in the ears—similar to what you feel during air travel—which can typically be relieved by swallowing or gently equalizing. Some individuals may also experience slight fatigue or mild warmth during or after a session. Due to your body working even though you are laying still.
When not to use the Flowchamber Oxygen
Do not use the oxygen chamber if you have a serious lung condition such as pneumothorax (collapsed lung), COPD, or cystic fibrosis, as pressure changes may increase the risk of complications. Avoid treatment if you have cold symptoms such as fever, nasal congestion, or sinus issues. Always consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or have heart or lung disease.

Flowpression Calf is specifically designed to provide effective compression for the calves and lower legs, which is also where it delivers the best results. In some cases, Flowpression Calf can also be used on the arms. However, we do not recommend using it on other parts of the body, such as the thighs, as the product is not designed for those areas and will not offer the same effect or level of comfort.
How to use Flowpression Arm
To use the Arm Attachment, you need to already own the Flowpression Boots Pro+, as the Arm Attachment is an accessory and does not come with its own pump. The Arm Attachment has one hose connector, which means you need to block the second outlet on the pump using the cap located on the underside of your pump. Then, connect the hose to the active outlet, select “Arm” in the pump menu, and start the program. After that, you’re ready to begin your session!
How to use the Hip attachment

TENS: Sensations and Methods for Effective Pain Relief
During the treatment, it's common to experience mild muscle twitches or a tingling sensation in the skin under the pads. These twitches are a natural response to the electrical stimulation and indicate that the muscles are responding to the treatment. Two methods of pain relief to choose from One method of pain relief is to block pain signals to the brain through high-frequency stimulation. This means that electrical impulses are sent rapidly, effectively reducing the sensation of pain and discomfort. The second method involves enhancing the body's own pain relief system. This is typically achieved through low-frequency stimulation, where electrical impulses are sent at a slower pace. Through this method, more endorphins are released in the body. Endorphins are natural hormones that the body produces to alleviate pain and promote a sense of well-being.
Tens, length of the cords
The TENS unit comes with two cables, allowing for seamless connection of multiple pads. These cables are available in lengths of 15 cm and 30 cm.
How does it work - Flowpression
Flowpression utilizes a technique known as pneumatic massage or compression therapy. This method is recognized for effectively reducing fatigue and pain while promoting increased oxygenation in the muscles and alleviating exercise-induced soreness.
Tens Maintenance
Before using the pads, ensure thorough skin preparation by cleaning it with mild soap and water. Confirm that the skin is completely dry and free from oils, lotions, or other substances that may affect the adhesive of the pads. During application, gently press along the edges to ensure secure and proper attachment. After use, carefully remove the pads from the skin, avoiding pulling to prevent damage to the adhesive. Clean the pads with a damp cloth, making sure to avoid water entering the electronic components. Store the pads in a dry place and use the included protective plastic cover to extend their lifespan. If additional adhesion is desired, gently rub the pads while the protective plastic cover is still in place.
Tens when pregnant ?
The use of TENS during labor is both safe and effective. This proven method of pain relief can be learned before and during childbirth and is also useful for managing postpartum discomfort. Additionally, TENS is a valuable tool during pregnancy, especially for relieving pelvic girdle pain. If you have any questions or concerns about using TENS during pregnancy or labor, it is advisable to consult with your midwife or physiotherapist to ensure a comfortable and pain-free experience tailored to your needs!
Power Requirement Flowfeet
No, important to note is that Flowfeet must be connected to an electrical outlet during use.
Flowfeet: Infrared Heat
Flowfeet is heated by infrared lights, which emit a red glow through the socks. The heating function is binary and can only be turned on or off; therefore, you cannot choose the specific temperature for your Flowfeet. The temperature during the heating function typically ranges between 45 and 50 degrees Celsius. It takes approximately 10 minutes for the heat to reach an optimal level. The degree of heat is proportional to the friction generated during the massage, meaning that increased friction results in higher heat. It's worth noting that the ambient room temperature affects the heating time; in a cooler room, it takes longer for the device to reach full heat compared to an already warm environment.
How to use your Flowgun Pro

Three different programs
The three different programs are each designed in different ways to massage and compress. A variety of ailments are caused by the lack of sufficient circulation in the feet. Hence, increased blood circulation being the main goal with these programs. Program 1:Focuses on the underside and sole of the foot. By massaging the muscles connected at the metatarsal bone, it stimulates the heaps of nerves, and muscles that are under heavy load from everyday activities such as walking or running. Program 2:Is a continuation of the first program, but in addition also adds compression. Airbags surrounding the foot squeezes and compresses tight, causing the blood flow to decrease momentarily before releasing the pressure, letting blood flow back and increasing the overall circulation. Program 3: Focuses solely on squeezing and compressing. Each program has 3 adjustable levels of intensity, which gives you a whole 9 different combinations of treatment. This allows you to find which one is perfectly suited for your feet! Here are some pieces of advice:If you struggle with cold feet or the feeling of pins and needles, there is a high chance it’s caused by insufficient circulation. If that’s the case we would recommend either the second or third program to most effectively increase blood flow! We recommend massaging daily, to increase the blood flow continuously. If your feet already are under a lot of tension, by working in a standing position or running a lot, and therefore experiencing an excessive amount of load, we would recommend the first or second program as it focuses on the nerves and muscles exposed to the extra strain under your foot.
Flowfeet size
Flowfeet is compatible with feet ranging from shoe size 36 to 47. However, it's worth noting that we have tested and sold Flowfeet to individuals with shoe sizes larger than 47. This variation is due to the differences in foot shapes, including width and height. Since Flowfeet utilizes airbags that adjust their pressure according to the foot's shape, it can accommodate sizes larger or smaller than the specified range. The massage nodes on the underside may offer different sensations based on foot size. Smaller feet might require adjustments within the machine to target specific areas effectively.
Choosing Your Flowgun Attachment
Round Head -  A round and firm massage head that serves as an all-round attachment perfect for large muscle groups, like quads, lats, and pecs. Silicone - This is the softest of all attachments. It's great for beginners and the perfect option for sensitive and tender areas, such as muscles experiencing soreness after exercise. Flat  - Ideal for targeting broader muscle groups such as the hamstrings or glutes, this attachment provides effective relief and deep tissue massage.  Fork - It is best used on paraspinal muscles and upper traps—forearms, ankles/calves (without contacting the Achilles tendon). Trigger cone - The smaller surface area makes the massage head best suited for trigger point massage and treatment of small, more difficult-to-reach muscles. The material also has a high friction to allow for lateral massage. Metal - Perfect for large muscle groups. The metal provides a cooling sensation against the skin over the muscles and is suitable for firm massage. (suits pro and go 2.0) Bullet - A rounded massage head is designed for the smaller and more inaccessible muscle groups in the body or local treatment in the larger muscles. The blunt shape makes applying more significant pressure to a specific point, such as a trigger point, easier. Axe - Thanks to the thin edge at the top, the massage head reaches the long and narrow muscles running along the forearms, lower legs, and spine. Curved cushion -The widest mount is equipped with soft (but strong) cushions that make the intensity differ. Perfect for larger muscles because it covers larger areas.
TENS by Flowlife
Introducing TENS by Flowlife, a solution designed to alleviate pain and stimulate nerves through small electrical impulses. With the accompanying Flowlife TENS app, effortlessly choose from 43 tailored treatment programs to meet your specific needs. Boost your recovery, manage pain, alleviate menstrual discomfort.  How it Feels to Use TENS During treatment, you may experience mild muscle twitches or a tingling sensation on the skin under the pads. These twitches are a natural response to the electrical stimulation, indicating that the muscles are responding to the treatment. Two Methods of Pain Relief to Choose From When using a high frequency stimulation you send signals to the brain that blocks the pain signals. This means that electrical impulses are sent rapidly, effectively reducing the sensation of pain and discomfort. Method two enhances the body's own pain relief system with low frequency stimulation. This triggers the body's endorphins - the natural hormones produced to alleviate pain and promote a sense of well-being.  Safe During Pregnancy The use of TENS during childbirth is both safe and effective. This proven method of pain relief can be learned before and during labor and is also useful for managing afterbirth pains. Additionally, TENS is a valuable tool during pregnancy, especially for relieving pelvic girdle pain. For any questions or concerns about using TENS during pregnancy or childbirth, it is advisable to consult with your midwife or physiotherapist to ensure a comfortable and pain-free experience before and after delivery. The App The app has the capacity to controll two TENS devices at the same time, so that you can create individualized treatment programs for different parts of your body. Customize each device with different treatment programs, strengths, and durations to provide precisely the relief you need. Maintenance Before using the pads, ensure thorough skin preparation by cleaning it with mild soap and water.

How much weight can I put on the Flowpillow?
Flowpillow is developed in collaboration with elite athletes. One of the objectives we set together with them was that the pillow should be able to withstand pressure. This is to really target the muscle fibers at a deep level and make the recovery more efficient. The strength and pressure of the massage depend on the load against the pillow from your own body. Flowpillow can handle between 20 and 30 kilograms of pressure.
Can I use my Flowpillow while it's charging?
As with all battery-powered products, batteries can deteriorate faster if used while charging. With that said, it's recommended not to use the product while it's charging, but of course, it's possible to use it during that time, although it may affect the battery's lifespan.
Why does my Flowpillow turn off by itself?
The Flowpillow has a preset timer of about 15 minutes. Thus, the Flowpillow massages for approximately 15 minutes before it automatically turns off. If you want to extend your treatment, you can turn on the Flowpillow again right after it has turned off to start a new massage cycle.
Cooling Options in Flowgun Heat
Flowgun Heat offers three different cooling levels, ranging between 17, 13, and finally 11 degrees Celsius as the lowest temperature. It's worth noting that there may be slight variations of approximately 2 degrees up or down, depending on external factors such as friction, body temperature, and room temperature.
Does Flowlight emit EMF?
Our panels emit such a low level of EMF that it cannot be detected using standardized measuring equipment. Therefore, they are classified as EMF-free.
Do you need to be dressed to use Flowlight?
Near-infrared (NIR) and IR light can penetrate clothing to varying degrees based on several factors. Lightweight fabrics like cotton and polyester allow more NIR penetration, while thicker materials such as denim significantly reduce it. Lighter-colored fabrics generally permit more penetration compared to darker colors. Direct skin exposure is recommended for optimal results.
Is Flowseat Pro cordless?
No, this device must be connected in order to be used.
Laying down on the Flowseat
We recommend that this product be used in a seated position. For a more intense treatment, it is ideal to use it in a chair with an adjustable backrest, allowing for increased pressure against the massage nodes. It is also possible to use the product while lying down, but it is of utmost importance to ensure proper positioning to prevent the massage from applying pressure directly to the vertebral bones of the spine.

My Flowpillow won’t start -
To start your Flowpillow, you switch it on holding on & off button for 3 seconds. Therefore, the Flowpillow does not start with just a light button press.   If the Flowpillow still does not start, the battery may be drained. It then needs to be recharged and can only be charged with the accompanying Flowpillow Heat Original adapter.   To check that the charger is working properly, plug it into a wall socket. Note! The Flowpillow should not be connected. If the charger lights up green, it means that it is working properly. You can then charge your Flowpillow. If the charger does not light up, or behaves in any other abnormal way, it may be broken. In that case, it needs to be replaced.   When the charger is connected to the Flowpillow, the green light should turn red. This is an indication that the Flowpillow is charging. When the Flowpillow is fully charged, which takes 1.5 - 2 hours, the red light will turn green again. It can be harmful for the battery to be connected to the charger if it does not need charging, so remember not to charge more than necessary.
Flowgun Heat; Heat Settings
Flowgun Heat offers three different heat settings, ranging between 40, 45, and finally 50 degrees Celsius as the highest temperature. It's worth noting that there may be slight variations of approximately 2 degrees up or down, depending on external factors such as friction, body- and room temperature.
A Gradual Approach to Flowfeet
When you start using your new Flowfeet, it's important not to overstrain your feet right from the beginning. If you're not accustomed to foot massage, consider starting with a session every other or every third day. After an introductory period, you can gradually increase both the frequency and duration of your massage sessions. Remember to listen to your body! If you have further questions about using your Flowfeet, feel free to contact us.
Maintain your flowfeet
To maintain your Flowfeet in optimal condition and ensure a clean and fresh user experience, use non-alcoholic cleaning wipes to gently wipe the surface layer. A damp cloth can also be used for cleaning. You also have the option to remove the socks and hand wash them with care or place them in a laundry bag and wash them in the machine at 30 degrees.

Maintain your Flowpillow
To maintain your Flowpillow in optimal condition and ensure a clean and fresh user experience, use non-alcoholic cleaning wipes to gently wipe both the cover and its internal parts. A damp cloth can also be used for cleaning. Be cautious around the internal copper plates and charging port to avoid any damage. Use tweezers or a similar tool to delicately remove any hair from the Flowpillow. Last but not least, allow your Flowpillow to air-dry completely before using it to ensure it's ready for the next relaxing session.
Starting a massage with your Flowgun
When you start using your Flowgun, it's wise to begin gently, preferably at the lowest setting. This allows you to familiarize yourself with its features and discover what suits you and your body best. Although it may feel unfamiliar initially, your body will gradually adapt to the massage over time. Listen to your body and identify what feels most comfortable for you. You can gradually increase the intensity, massaging more vigorously and for longer durations in areas where you feel muscle soreness. The goal is to create a positive and relaxing experience, even though it's normal to experience some degree of tenderness, which, however, is not harmful. Your Flowgun is versatile and can be used on both large and small muscle groups, depending on the attachment you choose to use.
Can the TENS unit sense incorrect placement?
The TENS unit is designed with precision, but it cannot automatically sense if you place it on the front side of the thigh and use a program intended for the lower back. Nevertheless, it will quickly respond and notify you if it is not positioned correctly or if the surface against the pads is insufficient
