Starting a massage with your Flowgun
When you start using your Flowgun, it's wise to begin gently, preferably at the lowest setting. This allows you to familiarize yourself with its features and discover what suits you and your body best. Although it may feel unfamiliar initially, your body will gradually adapt to the massage over time. Listen to your body and identify what feels most comfortable for you. You can gradually increase the intensity, massaging more vigorously and for longer durations in areas where you feel muscle soreness. The goal is to create a positive and relaxing experience, even though it's normal to experience some degree of tenderness, which, however, is not harmful. Your Flowgun is versatile and can be used on both large and small muscle groups, depending on the attachment you choose to use.
Maintain your Flowpillow
To maintain your Flowpillow in optimal condition and ensure a clean and fresh user experience, use non-alcoholic cleaning wipes to gently wipe both the cover and its internal parts. A damp cloth can also be used for cleaning. Be cautious around the internal copper plates and charging port to avoid any damage. Use tweezers or a similar tool to delicately remove any hair from the Flowpillow. Last but not least, allow your Flowpillow to air-dry completely before using it to ensure it's ready for the next relaxing session.
Maintain your Flowgun

Maintain your flowfeet
To maintain your Flowfeet in optimal condition and ensure a clean and fresh user experience, use non-alcoholic cleaning wipes to gently wipe the surface layer. A damp cloth can also be used for cleaning. You also have the option to remove the socks and hand wash them with care or place them in a laundry bag and wash them in the machine at 30 degrees.
A Gradual Approach to Flowfeet
When you start using your new Flowfeet, it's important not to overstrain your feet right from the beginning. If you're not accustomed to foot massage, consider starting with a session every other or every third day. After an introductory period, you can gradually increase both the frequency and duration of your massage sessions. Remember to listen to your body! If you have further questions about using your Flowfeet, feel free to contact us.

Laying down on the Flowseat
We recommend that this product be used in a seated position. For a more intense treatment, it is ideal to use it in a chair with an adjustable backrest, allowing for increased pressure against the massage nodes. It is also possible to use the product while lying down, but it is of utmost importance to ensure proper positioning to prevent the massage from applying pressure directly to the vertebral bones of the spine.
Is Flowseat Pro cordless?
No, this device must be connected in order to be used.
Do you need to be dressed to use Flowlight?
Near-infrared (NIR) and IR light can penetrate clothing to varying degrees based on several factors. Lightweight fabrics like cotton and polyester allow more NIR penetration, while thicker materials such as denim significantly reduce it. Lighter-colored fabrics generally permit more penetration compared to darker colors. Direct skin exposure is recommended for optimal results.
Does Flowlight emit EMF?
Our panels emit such a low level of EMF that it cannot be detected using standardized measuring equipment. Therefore, they are classified as EMF-free.
Keeping Your Flowsauna Blanket Clean and Well-Stored
The Flowsauna Blanket Pro is easy to clean thanks to its PU leather. After each use, it is important to let the blanket cool down completely before wiping the inside with a damp cloth to remove sweat and dirt. For a deeper clean, which is recommended about once a week or as needed, you can use a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent, such as a diluted solution of mild soap and water. Then, wipe the blanket with a clean, damp cloth and allow it to air dry completely before storing it. When it comes to storage, the blanket should be carefully folded and placed in a dry, cool location. For extra protection, you can use the included carrying bag. By following these simple steps, you maximize both the lifespan and hygiene of your Flowsauna Blanket Pro.
Pro+ Hip Attachment
This unit does not come with its own pump but is connected to the Flowpression boots under the name Flowpression Boots Pro+.
Overheat protection Flowpillow
If your Flowpillow stops during a cycle but the lights remain on, it means the unit has become too warm. Allow it to cool down for a while before resuming use.
Keep your Flowtank clean
To best clean you Flowtank effectively you can use classic house sold remedy. Mix baking soda and vinegar, pour it into you Flowtank, give it a firm 1-2 minute shake and let it sit. Afterwards pour the mixture out, flush with water, and repeat until clean. To avoid the buildup of any unwanted dirt or algae, we recommend that you empty the water and let it dry every two weeks. This is not necessary in terms of function, but helps it maintain a clean and fresh look. Regular cleaning can contribute to the longevity of your Flowtank!
Why does my Flowpillow turn off by itself?
The Flowpillow has a preset timer of about 15 minutes. Thus, the Flowpillow massages for approximately 15 minutes before it automatically turns off. If you want to extend your treatment, you can turn on the Flowpillow again right after it has turned off to start a new massage cycle.
Can I use my Flowpillow while it's charging?
As with all battery-powered products, batteries can deteriorate faster if used while charging. With that said, it's recommended not to use the product while it's charging, but of course, it's possible to use it during that time, although it may affect the battery's lifespan.
How much weight can I put on the Flowpillow?
Flowpillow is developed in collaboration with elite athletes. One of the objectives we set together with them was that the pillow should be able to withstand pressure. This is to really target the muscle fibers at a deep level and make the recovery more efficient. The strength and pressure of the massage depend on the load against the pillow from your own body. Flowpillow can handle between 20 and 30 kilograms of pressure.

TENS by Flowlife
Introducing TENS by Flowlife, a solution designed to alleviate pain and stimulate nerves through small electrical impulses. With the accompanying Flowlife TENS app, effortlessly choose from 43 tailored treatment programs to meet your specific needs. Boost your recovery, manage pain, alleviate menstrual discomfort.  How it Feels to Use TENS During treatment, you may experience mild muscle twitches or a tingling sensation on the skin under the pads. These twitches are a natural response to the electrical stimulation, indicating that the muscles are responding to the treatment. Two Methods of Pain Relief to Choose From When using a high frequency stimulation you send signals to the brain that blocks the pain signals. This means that electrical impulses are sent rapidly, effectively reducing the sensation of pain and discomfort. Method two enhances the body's own pain relief system with low frequency stimulation. This triggers the body's endorphins - the natural hormones produced to alleviate pain and promote a sense of well-being.  Safe During Pregnancy The use of TENS during childbirth is both safe and effective. This proven method of pain relief can be learned before and during labor and is also useful for managing afterbirth pains. Additionally, TENS is a valuable tool during pregnancy, especially for relieving pelvic girdle pain. For any questions or concerns about using TENS during pregnancy or childbirth, it is advisable to consult with your midwife or physiotherapist to ensure a comfortable and pain-free experience before and after delivery. The App The app has the capacity to controll two TENS devices at the same time, so that you can create individualized treatment programs for different parts of your body. Customize each device with different treatment programs, strengths, and durations to provide precisely the relief you need. Maintenance Before using the pads, ensure thorough skin preparation by cleaning it with mild soap and water. Confirm that the skin is completely dry and free from oils, lotions, or other substances that may affect the adhesive of the pads. During application, gently press along the edges to ensure secure and proper attachment. After use, carefully remove the pads from the skin, avoiding pulling to prevent damage to the adhesive. Clean the pads with a damp cloth, making sure to avoid water entering the electronic components. Store the pads in a dry place and use the included protective plastic cover to extend their lifespan. If additional adhesion is desired, gently rub the pads while the protective plastic cover is still in place.
Choosing Your Flowgun Attachment
Round Head -  A round and firm massage head that serves as an all-round attachment perfect for large muscle groups, like quads, lats, and pecs. Silicone - This is the softest of all attachments. It's great for beginners and the perfect option for sensitive and tender areas, such as muscles experiencing soreness after exercise. Flat  - Ideal for targeting broader muscle groups such as the hamstrings or glutes, this attachment provides effective relief and deep tissue massage.  Fork - It is best used on paraspinal muscles and upper traps—forearms, ankles/calves (without contacting the Achilles tendon). Trigger cone - The smaller surface area makes the massage head best suited for trigger point massage and treatment of small, more difficult-to-reach muscles. The material also has a high friction to allow for lateral massage. Metal - Perfect for large muscle groups. The metal provides a cooling sensation against the skin over the muscles and is suitable for firm massage. (suits pro and go 2.0) Bullet - A rounded massage head is designed for the smaller and more inaccessible muscle groups in the body or local treatment in the larger muscles. The blunt shape makes applying more significant pressure to a specific point, such as a trigger point, easier. Axe - Thanks to the thin edge at the top, the massage head reaches the long and narrow muscles running along the forearms, lower legs, and spine. Curved cushion -The widest mount is equipped with soft (but strong) cushions that make the intensity differ. Perfect for larger muscles because it covers larger areas.
Flowfeet size
Flowfeet is compatible with feet ranging from shoe size 36 to 47. However, it's worth noting that we have tested and sold Flowfeet to individuals with shoe sizes larger than 47. This variation is due to the differences in foot shapes, including width and height. Since Flowfeet utilizes airbags that adjust their pressure according to the foot's shape, it can accommodate sizes larger or smaller than the specified range. The massage nodes on the underside may offer different sensations based on foot size. Smaller feet might require adjustments within the machine to target specific areas effectively.
Three different programs
The three different programs are each designed in different ways to massage and compress. A variety of ailments are caused by the lack of sufficient circulation in the feet. Hence, increased blood circulation being the main goal with these programs. Program 1:Focuses on the underside and sole of the foot. By massaging the muscles connected at the metatarsal bone, it stimulates the heaps of nerves, and muscles that are under heavy load from everyday activities such as walking or running. Program 2:Is a continuation of the first program, but in addition also adds compression. Airbags surrounding the foot squeezes and compresses tight, causing the blood flow to decrease momentarily before releasing the pressure, letting blood flow back and increasing the overall circulation. Program 3: Focuses solely on squeezing and compressing. Each program has 3 adjustable levels of intensity, which gives you a whole 9 different combinations of treatment. This allows you to find which one is perfectly suited for your feet! Here are some pieces of advice:If you struggle with cold feet or the feeling of pins and needles, there is a high chance it’s caused by insufficient circulation. If that’s the case we would recommend either the second or third program to most effectively increase blood flow! We recommend massaging daily, to increase the blood flow continuously. If your feet already are under a lot of tension, by working in a standing position or running a lot, and therefore experiencing an excessive amount of load, we would recommend the first or second program as it focuses on the nerves and muscles exposed to the extra strain under your foot.

My Flowpillow won’t start -
To start your Flowpillow, you switch it on holding on & off button for 3 seconds. Therefore, the Flowpillow does not start with just a light button press.   If the Flowpillow still does not start, the battery may be drained. It then needs to be recharged and can only be charged with the accompanying Flowpillow Heat Original adapter.   To check that the charger is working properly, plug it into a wall socket. Note! The Flowpillow should not be connected. If the charger lights up green, it means that it is working properly. You can then charge your Flowpillow. If the charger does not light up, or behaves in any other abnormal way, it may be broken. In that case, it needs to be replaced.   When the charger is connected to the Flowpillow, the green light should turn red. This is an indication that the Flowpillow is charging. When the Flowpillow is fully charged, which takes 1.5 - 2 hours, the red light will turn green again. It can be harmful for the battery to be connected to the charger if it does not need charging, so remember not to charge more than necessary.
Flowfeet: Infrared Heat
Flowfeet is heated by infrared lights, which emit a red glow through the socks. The heating function is binary and can only be turned on or off; therefore, you cannot choose the specific temperature for your Flowfeet. The temperature during the heating function typically ranges between 45 and 50 degrees Celsius. It takes approximately 10 minutes for the heat to reach an optimal level. The degree of heat is proportional to the friction generated during the massage, meaning that increased friction results in higher heat. It's worth noting that the ambient room temperature affects the heating time; in a cooler room, it takes longer for the device to reach full heat compared to an already warm environment.
Power Requirement Flowfeet
No, important to note is that Flowfeet must be connected to an electrical outlet during use.
Tens when pregnant ?
The use of TENS during labor is both safe and effective. This proven method of pain relief can be learned before and during childbirth and is also useful for managing postpartum discomfort. Additionally, TENS is a valuable tool during pregnancy, especially for relieving pelvic girdle pain. If you have any questions or concerns about using TENS during pregnancy or labor, it is advisable to consult with your midwife or physiotherapist to ensure a comfortable and pain-free experience tailored to your needs!
Tens Maintenance

If additional adhesion is desired, gently rub the pads while the protective plastic cover is still in place.
How does it work - Flowpression
Flowpression utilizes a technique known as pneumatic massage or compression therapy. This method is recognized for effectively reducing fatigue and pain while promoting increased oxygenation in the muscles and alleviating exercise-induced soreness.
Tens, length of the cords
The TENS unit comes with two cables, allowing for seamless connection of multiple pads. These cables are available in lengths of 15 cm and 30 cm.
TENS: Sensations and Methods for Effective Pain Relief
During the treatment, it's common to experience mild muscle twitches or a tingling sensation in the skin under the pads. These twitches are a natural response to the electrical stimulation and indicate that the muscles are responding to the treatment. Two methods of pain relief to choose from One method of pain relief is to block pain signals to the brain through high-frequency stimulation. This means that electrical impulses are sent rapidly, effectively reducing the sensation of pain and discomfort. The second method involves enhancing the body's own pain relief system. This is typically achieved through low-frequency stimulation, where electrical impulses are sent at a slower pace. Through this method, more endorphins are released in the body. Endorphins are natural hormones that the body produces to alleviate pain and promote a sense of well-being.
