My Flowpillow won’t start -

To start your Flowpillow, you switch it on holding on & off button for 3 seconds. Therefore, the Flowpillow does not start with just a light button press.

If the Flowpillow still does not start, the battery may be drained. It then needs to be recharged and can only be charged with the accompanying Flowpillow Heat Original adapter.

To check that the charger is working properly, plug it into a wall socket. Note! The Flowpillow should not be connected. If the charger lights up green, it means that it is working properly. You can then charge your Flowpillow. If the charger does not light up, or behaves in any other abnormal way, it may be broken. In that case, it needs to be replaced.

When the charger is connected to the Flowpillow, the green light should turn red. This is an indication that the Flowpillow is charging. When the Flowpillow is fully charged, which takes 1.5 - 2 hours, the red light will turn green again. It can be harmful for the battery to be connected to the charger if it does not need charging, so remember not to charge more than necessary.
