Stiff neck (Torticollis)
Neck stiffness is a condition of muscle cramping in the neck that restricts movement, making it difficult to turn the head or bend it around.  To alleviate neck stiffness, the first step is to try to move. While it may seem challenging and feel painful, movement promotes blood circulation. This, in turn, helps to release tension and relax the cramped muscle. Additionally, massaging the affected area can increase blood circulation and provide further relief. The use of heat can also be effective in relieving neck stiffness. Flowpillow heat is a good match, you can find it here!
My Flowpillow squeaks?
The sound you are likely hearing is most probably attributed to a friction noise, a sound resulting from the massage heads sticking to the casing. This can be easily addressed by opening the casing and applying a lubricant to the white fabric surface. Doing so will effectively reduce friction and eliminate the noise. You may use substances like candle wax or even gently rub with some solid soap for this purpose. Your device should operate more quietly and smoothly after following these steps. If you encounter any challenges, feel free to reach out for further assistance.

The Benefits of Heat-Based Massage
Using heat during massage treatments has been shown to have many benefits for the body's recovery and well-being. By increasing blood circulation, heat can contribute to pain relief by inhibiting pain signals. Incorporating heat is suitable both for preparation before exercise and recovery afterward. Heat-based massage is a powerful tool for optimizing performance and reducing the risk of injuries. Before exercise, it can alleviate stiffness and fatigue in the muscles, improve blood circulation, and maximize oxygen intake in the muscles, thereby reducing the risk of injury. After exercise, heat-based massage is perfect for relieving muscle tension, improving recovery, and reducing inflammation.
When to use the cooling nozzle?
The cooling nozzle is a tool that can be used both before and after exercise. It has also been shown to be effective in treating acute injuries or swelling. This is because the cold reduces blood circulation, which can contribute to pain relief and alleviate discomfort.* It is also beneficial for treating areas that feel particularly strained after exercise, as it can reduce inflammation and provide a temporary numbing sensation to relieve pain.     *To achieve the best results in the case of acute injury, the use of cold should be within the first 48 hours.
Is it beneficial to use my Flowgun for a headache?
Using your Flowgun can help alleviate headaches by improving blood circulation and relieving tension in the neck and shoulder muscles. However, it's important to consult with a doctor if you suffer from chronic headaches or migraines before using a massage gun.

Is ir light harmfull to the eye?
Although red light is unlikely to cause direct harm to the eyes, it may still lead to discomfort or irritation if it is too intense or positioned too close. Thus, while red light therapy is generally regarded as safe for the eyes, it is wise to take preventive measures to reduce any possible risks. Using protective eyewear during extended exposure or high-intensity sessions is recommended.
Do you need to be dressed to use Flowlight?

Lightweight fabrics like cotton and polyester allow more NIR penetration, while thicker materials such as denim significantly reduce it.
