Runner's knee, iliotibial band syndrome

Runner's knee, or iliotibial band syndrome (ITBS), is a common overuse injury that often affects runners. This type of pain occurs during running or other activities with similar leg movements, such as cycling.

The best way to prevent runner's knee is to diversify your training. Additionally, taking care of your body after exertion by stretching, foam rolling, or using a massage gun on the affected area can be beneficial.
