Flowcontrast Spot Go – when should you use the different programs?

Flowcontrast Spot Go features three different programs – heat, cold, and combination – each designed for specific needs. By choosing the right mode, you can optimize both recovery and pain relief.

Heat mode
Heat is primarily used for recovery after training and to relax the body. It is also effective for dull, aching pain such as stiffness or menstrual discomfort. The heat increases blood circulation and helps muscles relax.

Cold mode
Cold is ideal for acute issues. It can be used for swelling, inflammation, or migraines. The cold helps reduce pain and limit inflammation in the treated area.

Combination mode (heat + cold)
The combination mode is designed for general recovery and often provides the most effective results. By alternating between heat and cold, the body is stimulated to adapt, which can improve circulation, reduce strain, and enhance the overall recovery process.
