How does Flowcontrast work?

Flowcontrast works by alternating between heat and cold. Heat increases blood flow to the area, while cold reduces blood flow. Reduced blood flow can help decrease swelling.

When the temperature shifts between warm and cold, it creates a natural “pumping effect” in the blood vessels. This can help stimulate lymphatic drainage and support the body in transporting waste products away from the tissue.
