If you send in a product that has been discontinued from our range and can no longer be repaired, we will provide you with a replacement unit. Since we always want to ensure that you have a fully functioning device, we will replace your old model with the product that has taken its place in our assortment.
For example, if you send in a Flowgun Go that cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a Flowgun Heat. This way, you can be confident that you’ll receive a modern and fully functional product, even if your original model is no longer available.
