How do I make a return or a complaint?

If your delivery details have changed since placing the order, please enter the
updated information in the comments section of the form.

Once you have completed the form, you will receive an email with step-by-step
instructions on how to proceed.
The handling time for returns or claims is approximately 4–14 business days. If
you made your purchase through one of our retailers, you will need to contact
them directly for assistance with your return or claim.

I am missing my return label
If you have not received your return label, try filling out the form again and
double-check that the email address and order number are correct.
It's important to note that it may not be sent out immediately and could
experience some delay.
If it still doesn't work, click on 'contact us,' and we will assist you. Please
include your order number when contacting us.
If I dont pick up my order
If you missed picking up your package and would like us to resend it, please
contact us at hello@flowlife.com, and we’ll make sure to arrange that for you.
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase and therefore didn’t pick it up,
please click on “contact us”, and we’ll assist you further.
If you do not contact us directly regarding this matter, we won’t be able to
take any action, and a return shipping fee of 199 SEK will be charged.
QR code
Upon submission of a warranty or return request on a weekday, anticipate the
delivery of your QR code within approximately 24 hours. Requests made during the
weekend will be fulfilled on the subsequent business day.
Missing my refund
When you return an item, your purchase will be refunded once the item reaches
our warehouse. After that, it may take up to 14 business days for the payment to
reach you.
I got another product
If you submit a warranty claim for a product that is no longer available in our
assortment, it will be replaced with the model that has succeeded the affected
product.
For example, the Flowgun Heat is the model that has succeeded the Flowgun Go
2.0.
I got another product
If you send in a product that has been discontinued from our range and can no
longer be repaired, we will provide you with a replacement unit. Since we always
want to ensure that you have a fully functioning device, we will replace your
old model with the product that has taken its place in our assortment.
For example, if you send in a Flowgun Go that cannot be repaired, we will
replace it with a Flowgun Heat. This way, you can be confident that you’ll
receive a modern and fully functional product, even if your original model is no
longer available.
Warranty for products from resellers
When you purchase a Flowlife product through one of our authorized retailers,
the retailer’s terms and conditions, warranty, and return policies always apply.
This means that any warranty claims, complaints, or questions regarding returns
or right of withdrawal must be handled directly with the store or retailer where
the purchase was made. They are responsible for receiving and managing the case
in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
