I cant find my receipt
You will receive the receipt in your order confirmation. If you have not
received this, you can write to us by clicking on "contact us" and selecting the
topic "I can't find my receipt" and we will send it out to you again.
Dont forget to check your spam folder or serch for Flowlife.
I want to cancel my order
If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 hour so that we
can stop it before it reaches the warehouse for packing.
Do this by clicking on "contact us" and select "Order/delivery" -> "I want to
cancel my order."
Then fill out the form and we will help you as soon as we can.
Missing my order confirmation
When you have completed your purchase through our website, you will shortly
receive an order confirmation with a receipt sent to your email.
If you have not received any order confirmation, please check your spam folder
as it may have ended up there.
If you haven't received an email with the order confirmation or if you haven't
been charged, your order likely has not been processed.
If none of the above applies, click on "contact us" and provide details, and we
will assist you as soon as possible

receive an invoice that is easiest to pay via the app. You can pay everything at
once or in installments, now or later. You can also postpone the payment date or
pause the invoice for a return.
Missing my refund
When you return an item, your purchase will be refunded once the item reaches
our warehouse. After that, it may take up to 14 business days for the payment to
reach you.
