At Flowlife, we value your loyalty as our customer, and we always strive to offer you the best service. Even after the warranty period has expired, we provide Reflow – giving you the opportunity to exchange your non-functional Flowlife product for a brand new one at a favorable price, and of course, with a new 2-year warranty. Here's how it works: All you need to do is recycle your old Flowlife product at your local environmental station/recycling center and document this process by taking a picture or recording a short video. Once we have received your image/video, we will send you your very own Reflow discount code.
