Your order confirmation will arrive shortly after your purchase has been completed. Subsequently, once your package has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with the parcel number and tracking link! If you haven't received an order confirmation or parcel number, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, feel free to click on 'contact us' and select 'I have not received any notification,' and we will assist you in sending out the order confirmation and tracking link again
Has my order been shipped?
Sometimes it can take a day or so before your package has been packed and sent off, but we do everything in our power to ensure every package is dispatched as quickly as possible. As soon as your package has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification. With the tracking number in the notification, you can, once the package has been processed by the courier, track your delivery. Deliveries should arrive within 1-5 working days. Shipping countries
At the moment, we offer our customers a comprehensive and reliable delivery service to several countries across Europe, including Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and the Netherlands, as well as to all other countries within the EU. However, we would like to inform you that we currently do not provide deliveries to the United Kingdom (UK) or the United States (USA). Separate Packaging for Products
Sometimes, we cannot pack the products together for various reasons, primarily due to their size. If the products need to be shipped separately, they will be in different parcels, each with a tracking number. This is done to ensure that each product reaches you in perfect condition or to ensure they fit if, for example, you have chosen box/cabinet delivery
Customs duties
There are no additional costs for ordering to Norway.
